Alps trip pics

Post by jason » Wed Sep 24, 2008 10:35 pm

Finally sorted some more pics from our Alps holiday. They can be found here http://www.flickr.com/photos/jason-l/se ... 472235382/ - but most of them are of mountains, ski jumps and someone selling sausages

Some car pics, for those who like looking at gratuitous Elise photos:

Is this Tut selling sausages?

Actually, it was filthy... and still is, cos I haven't had time to clean it since  Covered in 'leopard-print' muddy rain-spots. But they don't show at that distance.

Yes  He was just on the other side down the hill a bit looking very bored! The other guy definitely had the prime location.

Amazing pics :thumbsup

Thanks, but... er... there'd probably be a riot. I think Sept may be over-populated with a tarty blue car from nominations already

Happy for anyone to nominate :thumbsup [modest mode]

PS - having seen the group shot on the pit straight at KH, well, I reckon that should be Sept's pic probably 8) :thumbsup

Jason,
Fantastic photographs.
Did you do the circuit of Grimsel, Furka, Susten passes?
I did these this year from our base in Villars sur Ollon and can't wait to get the Elise out there.
Stunning scenery and roads.

Jason,

There are some great photos there you should stick them in the calendar anyway - thats two nominations - looks like you had a great trip.

We'd stayed in Andermatt the night before (never again... having camped there before in '05, I'd forgotten how damn over-priced it is ) and headed out on Furka and Grimsel passes, then off toward Interlaken.

Done the full circuit before in the Tomato (Caterham) though :thumbsup ...was trying to remember which pass Devil's Bridge is on (Susten?).

Thanks Ken. I'm a modest chap feeling a little uncomfortable (but flattered too :) ) about the volume of blue car shots been added in there recently  ...so I'm happy if there's one you'd like to add yourself, but I'll kick-back and go with the flow if that's ok
