I don't know driving in another way which isn't risky. Each one has to improve himself. Each driver has its limit. My limit is a little bit further than other's.

Yellow Elise fun

I like this one. It's fun!
...shame about the burnt out sky. You should take a similar one again, 'cos I'd vote for it in the 2010 calendar

I like that one too and perhaps a question for Jason or some other "pro", would firing the flash have helped in a situation like this? I appreciate that this may have been taken with a phone camera so may not even have been an option, but I have often found that the best scenes are often looking into the sun.

Stewart,
Yes a well fired and controlled flash would have be able to help in this situation,
as it would allow you to expose for the sky (usually silloutetting the foreground) yet the flash would will in the foreground (heather and morv)
but either a phone or some point and shoots won't give you the control to do it properly.
really like the shades reflection of you driving shot (didn't see it first time i looked)

Camera is just a digital compact, have now found the force flash option though so will give it a go if I get these conditions again.

It was a passing policeman that took that photo though so what do you expect

That was Dezzy's camera skills, I added it later

That was a bit of a rip-off of a shot my pro photographer mate Jamie did once in the car with me (on the way to the East Fortune visit back in 2007):
Personally, I think my photo in Heather's shades is better

Indeed yeah, some 'fill flash' would have helped

exactly what i thought Dezzy - i remember the set you posted from east fortune.
I think your photos are great heather - i like the B&W 'shopped' one!
I think next years calendar should be with owners included in the photos somehow. It makes it more personal to SE IMHO

Love the black and white shot of the two of us heather, we shall have to do as Jason suggested and try it again without the sun behind, it was about time we got some good pics of the two cars together.
Also love the shot in your sunglasses its really cool, even if you did nick it from jamie.
