Difficult to answer.

I caught the last 20 mins of it. It was a very relaxing and pleasant 20 mins. BUT the content/narrative was a very mixed bag which left me unsure who the intended viewer was - one minute inspiring you to get out there and capture the light, the next minute explaining apertures and DoF, rattling through various different formats and media (how many viewers can realistically find inspiration in watching a pro using a field camera?), then showing how a longer exposure blurs water, and so on, and so on.

Still, worth a watch if you want a chill out

So it sounds like it would be like if DC Magazine made a monthly podcast of their magazine - it would be trying to cover everything to cover a wide range of viewer experiences!

It may well be watched tomorrow whilst feeling rank.....
