For some reason I couldn't get the video to play on my machine very well ... still looked like a lot of fun in the wet! I bet you were wishing you had road tyres :-)

Cheers,
Robin

rather large brown trouser moment at start of race 1.. (thats what he gets for trying to follow me  )

Also the extraordinary second race start ... (looks ok with a wiper, I was doing 130 10ft from ben's bumper and could not see him just his brake lights) ABS is you friend I was still able to wait until the 100m board before braking from 130mph.

LOL at Sean (or whoever is driving Sean's car). I came across him driving at much the same pace - he outdragged me up the Kemel straight and I almost punted him off in the chicane at the end and then again at Rivage - I don't think he likes the wet very much ;-)

Cheers,
Robin

All things being equal, he probably had a better chance of running up the inside - he was never going to make it around the outside as the bend tightens on the exit. But then I know nothing as I've never raced ... I'm sure it's not as easy as it looks :-)

Cheers,
Robin

The on board is from Chris Hedlams car not Steve's.

I tried the outside a couple of times on Micheal in the second race but you need to be a lot faster or the guy infront can just cut you off like sean did ( robin you are the master, you know you want to race, get the finger out) I passed the pair of them that lap shame he cut it short

Car is fine, parked up in Goldings garage. He is going to trailer it to Le mans in 2 weeks for me :thumbsup

Big change in the LOT racing series for 2010.

There will now be just one class for production cars, no modified or 2-11's. That also rules out the Toyota engines and modified K's.

Not totally right TUT. 111r (toyo powered)will still be able to race in production.

No modified car or 2-11/exiges in the UK.

Europe will only have 2-11, Exiges (that can be modified so power to weight will be closer to 2-11) and produtions. There will aslo be an Invite class for the like of 340r and modified K powered elise/exiges.

Ah read it wrongly, applies to modified Yotas and not standard. Is there a maximum hp limit, or is it purely based on power/weight?
