Scottish Elises

Just back from attending a wedding in Cincinnati, and took the chance to pop by Indianapolis to have a nosey at the Brickyard on Saturday past...

Unbeknown to me, there was some sort of hot rod meet on - Hot rod's aren't really my bag, but there were some nice muscle cars & trucks on display, so thought I'd stick the pics up... If anyone likes Americana, scroll on down - Otherwise, this isn't the thread for you...

ZZ Top wouldn't have been stuck for album cover material...

But these were my stand outs...









We had a 2012 Mustang as a rental - It was actually better than I thought it'd be, despite being the base model...Still had 305bhp, and sub 6 seconds to 60mph capability...

Thanks for sharing, some fantastic cars there - but they only really work in America somehow, they look so out of place here and make the owners look like saddo Country & Western fans or drag strip dropouts.
