A Photographic Jaunt Through Angus

Having become disillusioned with the compact camera I bought earlier this year I thought I would go for a wee run with the sole intention of taking some pictures with my trusty old DSLR Nikon D70. With the mission accomplished it has confirmed that for the best quality pictures it has to be a DSLR.
I also recently bought a Sony Handy Cam HDR-AS15. This is hoped to be a competitor to GoPro given it's diminutive size - it is about the size of a 10 pack of fags.

Agreed, some good shots sir!
Totally agree though, if good shots are required then I cannot beat my D90 and a decent bit of glass stuck on it!

Nice shots, had a great day for it.
There are some great roads in and around Glamis, you passed my uncles house early on in the video!

The boat house is between Glen Isla and A93 (Bridge of Cally - Glenshee). It is by Drumore Loch
here. It is a single track road and overrun with pheasants. The boathouse is a real ruin though, I don't think you really would want it
Here is a closer picture I found on Google

Thanks. I am now trying to convince myself that I *need* to upgrade my trusty old Nikon D70 to D5100 or even a D7000
