Isle of Man TT Mountain Section Quiet September

Wee movie from my Isle of Man trip. :D 8)

Mountain Section

The above section covers May Hill/Hairpin to Brandish just after the Creg-ny-baa pub as shown on map below.

Also took some rearcam footage and got some nice flames in the dull evening light.

Anyone who has not been should go just to say you have done it. It's an excellent weekend trip :D

I too videod that same section in my Elise, so will try and post up the video soon, though no flames out of the exhaust :roll:

The longest Hillclimb in the British Hillclimb Championships used to do that route :)

There were 2 variations on 2 consecutive days

We started at the 30 Sec mark just outside Ramsay and on the shorter climb finshed just after the gooseneck at 2:20, did you spot the geese?
The longer climb ended at 5 Kilometeres up the mountain 3:47 ish and we turned at Mountain Box 4:34 to return back down to Ramsay :)

Of course we could use all the road as only the ocassional local was coming the other way :)
