2016 Calendar thread - landscape photos only please
Posted: Fri Feb 27, 2015 7:50 pm
Back by popular demand for 2016.
Please post your Lotus photos from throughout the year for the 2016 calendar here.
Voting takes place later this year, around October/November. Please read the points below and stick to them carefully.
1) Please don't post anything other than photos, it just makes sorting through this thread more difficult
2a) Only post photos you have taken yourself - if it's someone else's photo confirm in advance that they are happy for it to be posted and that a hi res copy is available
2b) ...OR...if you find a photo on the forum that you think deserves to be in the calendar, post it here with a link back to its thread so we can track down the photographer. This kind of nomination is a great way to get a broader range of images to judge.
3) Indicate the photographer name (if not your own) when you post - (it can prove impossible to track down originals in time for printing)
4) Only post photos if you have a high quality version that can be used if the photo makes it in to the calendar
5) Post individual photos, not links to other galleries etc
6) Please no wildly "cropped" shots as this makes it harder to try and fit the pics to the page
Be selective - don't just post a string of snaps from an event or trip, choose your very best and bear in mind that we are looking for pictures that other people will enjoy looking at for a month!
Happy snapping!
