For those of you who are curious about dressing up in leather.

Proper rapid! The video from the bike makes the track look hugely wide and potentially difficult to find a line. Is that just an illusion because the bikes are smaller?

It is a big wide GP track. I think it was a Tilke design but really suits the bikes. Has a great flow to it.

Doesn't feel that wide when you're there.

For comparison with a slower rider (me), you can see from my vid just how much of the track Neil uses. 8)

It's about 170-173mph on my GPS at the end of the back straight. Doesn't feel that fast until you sit up and hit the brakes for the last corner.

We were at Estoril last month and with a tailwind it was 178mph into a downhill braking zone. That felt pretty fast as you tried (and sometimes failed) to stop.

Due to body position (I'm a big fat fatty) D gets his knee down much more than I do, so his photos generally look better than mine

It’s like I always say. If you can’t be fast you have to at least look fast. [FACE WITH TEARS OF JOY]
