cheers Richie,
I've mostly been sorting the shut lines of rear clam and engine cover, so pics won't look much different to those I've posted. Hopefully getting engine and gearbox back from builders soon, so will post some then and the engine install.

What offset are you looking to run for the fronts and rears?

I'm a bit stuck on this and would welcome some advice....rear arches are 50mm wider each side than std S1 Exige - front arches are 20 mm wider each side. I know I can measure from the hub face to outer edge of wheel arch.
I'm using S2 hubs with 308mm discs and want to use 18 x 10" rears and 17 x 9" fronts.

I find this tool handy:

https://www.willtheyfit.com

Type in the standard settings and the new wheel sizes, then see what offset gets you closest to having the faces and arches where you want them.

The calculator I have used in the past is this one. I guess you'll have to watch how far in the wheel goes as you alter the offset. Standard Elise wheels ran +5 to +16mm offset. That is a very big rear arch to fill but have a look around the net someone is bound to have done this before. There has been some crazy sh*t done to Elise's over the years.
