Mac

A friend has just bought a Caterham Blackbird with full cage.

With Practice ........I can get my entry time down to three minutes having banged my head/arse/hips numerous times!!!

Then I have 40 seconds on the harness......

Then ........where the f*ck is the steering wheel I unclipped before my entry?

Cheers for the offers guys!

It's currently not road legal but I'll be sorting that as soon as possible. (maybe even before the weekend) although the thought of driving up to Kh in this weather might put me off a little, so a trip to Maryhill on Friday evening might be on the cards :D

Mac - my offer of a shotty of my trailer still stands, just a dinky lightweight thing built especially for an RSA

You'll get the jumping in & harnessing up down to under a minute before you can say "f*ck me, my keys are still in my pocket!"

DOH! I'm bloody working next weekend. If you can get a tow car, you are welcome to use trailer.

Sorry

I would be happy to offer a tow any other time.

Cool. You may be better to pick up trailer earlier in the week (if poss), to make sure the 7 fits on okay (i.e ground clearance over end of trailer).

P.S. Don't forget spare rear number plate for trailer

Nice toy Mac! Suspect that is going to be plenty quick round KH 8)

Always quite facied a tricked out Caterham myself, but sadly I would have to saw about 4 inches off my legs to fit in - maybe one day when used SVs come down in price.

Mark,

Next time we are at Kh you can try mine on for size - with the removalable seats there should be plenty of legroom (says he who hasn't been in the car yet)
