Wow! Took the words right out of my mouth

If you are running XP CLICK HERE and download the Image Resizer addon. This allows you to take a batch of pics and make re-sized copies. You can either right-click on them or it add the option to the "File" menu on the toolbar of Windows Explorer.

BTW the pics look good - from what I can fit on my screen

Erm, yeah
I've turned them into urls for now but do what Stewart said and resize them to something a bit more viewable
