Greg did great job helping me out with a problem tenant a couple of months back. The guy had been a total pain in the ass and hadn't paid his rent for ages, but a couple of threatening letters from our resident legal eagle battered him into submission. I got back every penny he owed me, and the tenant has now moved out - perfect result from my point of view.

Here is the really amusing payback for the all the hassle the tenant caused me: I have since discovered that he was being pursued by several other creditors, 2 of whom are taking him to court, and although he left no forwarding address 'someone' seems to informed them of his employment details

So, Greg's your man......sorry Greg, your are probably going to get inundated with requests for legal help from SEers now

You can speak to my mother Mags, although she aint cheap (fnarr fnarr!) Greg is probably your best bet if you can wait!
