Has anybody heard anything of Jim recently? I'm still waiting for my exhaust I ordered back in October, 3 weeks has turned into 3 months. I emailled him again a couple of weeks ago, but still haven't heard anything back.

I ordered one in September when I got the car. Spoke to him once about 3 weeks after ordering it (which is when he said it would be ready) and he was supposedly just starting it. Not heard anything since and I don't see why I should chase him since I'm the customer!

I really liked my 2bular on the Elise and would like one on the Exige, but it's been so long now I've spent the money I'd been keeping for it on other stuff (mainly xmas!) and therefore can't afford it now.

I think I'll just go elsewhere if I want another exhaust now.

Possibly harsh - I think it's more a case of being a victim of his own success... so popular -struggling to meet demand!

Possibly...

However, I believe a phone call only takes 60 seconds....

I know he's really busy, that’s why I was really shocked when he gave me a lead time of 3 weeks. Just really disappointed with the lack of communication. Just emailed him to cancel, decided last night to sell up in the spring anyway.

Any more updates on this?

Has anyone taken delivery of a 2bular recently? If so what was the turnaround time?

I'm looking to get an exhaust but I've not had any reply from an email I sent Jim (although I just sent it yesterday).

I have his phone number but not on me just now.... best give him a phone.

He made me up a decat pipe in two days delivered to the door. I cant fault him but dont just rely on Email as he is very busy. A phone call is always the best option.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....

John

I'd appreciate if you could forward me the phone number. I too prefer a phone call to email!

Kick ass exhaust but don't think it's a VX - I guess at a Hotpoint Aquarius 1200
