With my car at present and my young age I could see why people could have easily jumped to the conclusion of silly wee boy racer who doesnt have a clue. Mabye some people have that opinion but through meeting people on both days I felt that I wasnt judged on stereotype, everyone seemed to take their time to introduce themselves and have a chat. Also lots of people where open to share their knowledge and more than willing to take me pax laps and drives which I think is much more than I could have asked or expected.

Don't let it bother you to much end of the day its a forum on the internet, writing on a screen! Read whats of interest, ignore what is annoying, not of interest etc. Most people are here for the common interest of lotus cars but all have their different reasons for reading being part of it. Take what you can from it and enjoy it, just don't let niggly little things annoy you!

Scott, how old are you. (s'ok not to answer that!!) Old head on young shoulders there I suspect. Good analysis and positive contribution to a difficult debate. We used to do this kind of thing more often...maybe it's making a come back
thanks
Campbell
I dont mind answering I am 21 thanks

ah, sorry Scott, I should have kept up at the back!
quite tasteful actually...not to my personal taste but you have done a far more low key, classy job than many other 206s I see running round (live near Peugeot Ecosse in Boness so there's a lot!)
...although I am already wincing at the thought of how easy they'd be to kerb!
Not bad for a mere 21 year old

Keep those savings pumping in for the Exige though eh

Ahhhhhhh the famous money grabbing Ecosse mmmmmmm! Yeah its okay but just getting annoyed with it! Havn't kerbed the alloys just yet hahaha! Erm the only reason I got it because its a 1.4 diesel lump £35 a year to tax, 65mpg and relatively cheap to insure. Just have it until my apprenticeship is over then I can invest in some Loti!
