You know how Google does it when you are selling a car and it pulls up the make model etc. anyone know of a web resource that does similar ?

Sanjoy,

You are better to call them, they charge a couple of squid and you need (as the lady told me) "just cause" to request the details. You have an underground carpark and a car is abandoned in your space / on your land etc.

Is for a lady friend who got an anon note as they watched someone reverse in to her car.

Think the chat is to head to Le Monde tonight as it seems to be attracting maximum flesh at the moment and the mate I am out with is newly single.
