ouch...
did the same thing to my knee good few years back, still cant do squats etc at the gym because it plays up.
Hope it 'heels' better than mine!

I turned up the following day with it strapped up, the instructors looked at me and told me to fcuk off home.....
I argued and then got told that I go home or a gaffer would send me home......the gaffer then had me physically taken home.......fockers!
Raging....only 3 days of the course left!
