Good idea. Good set of pads and new oil should transform the brakes as you already got braided hoses.

ALL SEers are welcome for Pax when I am on track (no need to ask, just find me in the pit) but I may not turn up :(

Good brake fluid makes the world of difference. No idea what the stuff is that i use, its some competition fliud. Its the same stuff that is used in rally cars. Works great and does not boil.

Any S.E.ers there are more than wellcome to a pax with me.

How bad does the weather have to be before it is cancelled?

1) Too much water on track (a stream of water or two running across the track)
2) Poor visibility due to snow, fog etc
3) Frozen track surface

If the weather looks bad in the morning, its better to call KH before leaving. If you are leaving early, you could leave your mobile phone number at KH office for them to call in case of the cancellation.

"There is a moderate risk of a short-lived severe weather event spreading from the west across many northern, central and eastern parts of Britain during the first half of Sunday. A spell of snow will be followed by rain falling onto frozen surfaces which could give widespread ice for a time on roads and pavements. There is the potential for 2 to 5cm of snow and locally up to 10cm before a thaw sets in from the west."

We're all doomed ........... beam me up Scotty

Would like go as finally got a Sunday with no kids football - reason for cancelling football means not ideal for track though. I fear this is as far as I will get this weekend.
