It was the same with Walshy, it made sense at the time but it took time to finally click into place, it's easy to run through the motions but to get it instinctively right and still be able to slide the car around with confidence takes me a bit of time. I really enjoyed tonight.
Kenny, need to get out with you for some pax laps at some point, as you're still getting much more out of the car than I am! Sorry I couldn't get the camera sorted, as would have been interesting to compare footage - need to try the suction mount next time.

Cheers for following me home. You will have noted I never stopped at Bowtrees as was back reading 6L at that point. Started flashing Refill again as we joined the M9 so knew there was plenty to get me home. :thumbsup

Dunno. :scratch Wasn't counting him (You, me, Kayfur, Digital, Brian J and the late show from Pete039). Never got a chance to speak to the guy either although Kevin said he thought he had seen his private plate before.

Cheers for the offer, I think I might invest in my own camera, been a few moments that would have made superb viewing if only I had a camera so time to get one. Will no doubt post a thread for tips soon.

Pax laps are no problem, soon as I open the stuck passenger door (no Dom I am not stuck in the door, the door is stuck).

Guessed you were OK when you didn't turn off :thumbsup Strangely my car was reading more when I got home than it was when I left Knockhill...

I can't count.
Thought I recognised the plate as well. Wasn't very quick though

Was having a wee search for any pics from last night and couldn't find any :( . Guessing Mr FPC wasn't there and Ro55 is cleary under the thumb already going by his post
Found this though http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D3VYixlvgzw Mr Radical can certainly drive and was impressed at how steady the pic was for a car with basically no suspension. Worth a watch. :thumbsup

Sorry for eavesdropping, was having a gander for any pics or vids :)

It's basiaclly just one of these duct-taped ( ) to my roll bar
http://www.dogcamsport.co.uk/mini-dvr-1 ... corder.htm

The recording unit is double sided sticky taped to dash you can see it in the vid there on the LHS. It's been an ace setup but got a wee problem with it after the trackday there. Going to give them a call tomorrow and see what the story is 8)

Dunc.

PS, can't believe how steady it is either - I suppose with it being strapped directly to the chassis (roll-bar) it's going to move with the chassis and that's what's vibrating after all. Had the suspension adjusted from the previous 'stupidly hard' to 'just plain silly' on friday there as well. I'm going to try the 'you must be kidding' hard setting next time out :?
