I´ll be there later in the year.
Still waiting on my licence though, MSA were shirty about my signatures for the upgrade and I had to send all the result sheets. That was a couple of months ago...

It's a LICO, made in Argentina, and becasue they don't have a known name they're cheaper.
Demon Thieves sells them, and they've got good reviews.
Maybe they're cheap enough not to bother with a group buy, but if we have the numbers, I can contact them in Argentina.

I got this one
http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/ ... SPA108648B in grey 2 layer. Cracking, well made suit.
I also got an approved helmet, gloves and boots from them. Do it by phone and you can haggle. I got over £100 off the total. Plus they mucked me about on my helmet so upgraded me to the K1 sport for free.

A 2layer feels quite heavy and i was soaked when i got out the car the other weekend. But it does have some good nomex protection, so i'd recommend a 2 layer. 1 layers feel very flimsy, 3 layers feel like your wearing a duvet.

Flying suits are fireproof but cost $$$.
I have a black one. I could probably borrow a load though without too much trouble. No helmets though, ours are cack.
Would they do? Or do they need MSA approval?

You obviously need an S2 exige ... ideal car for hillclimbs AND you have a spare starter motor, alternator, gearbox, ...

I used my Helicopter Pilots suit initially, it is Nomex 3, but it does not have the relevent Kite Mark on it so had to ditch it.
I bought a cheap £60 one that did the job, as my feet would have burnt out before the rest, so no point buying a designer jobby.
