It didn't work for me either, but if you try and quote him, it'll show the html bit. Copy it, minus the img quotes to the address bar and it'll take you to the picture. after that all of a sudden it appears on the thread(??). don't know why though

Yea I think WebShots (the site hosting it) have a thing to try an block people hyperlinking to their pics.
If you just right click and click on show image you should see it.
