Well. After driving a CBR600RR3 yesterday, it almost definitely wont be a sports bike. Its far too easy to end up doing silly speeds on them without really trying. I want something that i can feel like i'm gunning, not something that if you tickle the throttle has you doing 135mph

So on that basis, (to keep the speeds below the ton most of the time) its probably going to be a naked 600. Maybe a street triple. If only there werent 2 dithering owners who possibly, potentially, maybe, kind of wanted to sell me theres.

In the nicest possible way, you're a big lad, surely you'd look more at home on a speed triple.

Not really that much faster but roomier and with more grunt

Naked bike rules still apply, if you can hold on at 100+ for long your arms will drag when you get off  Great for core workout though :thumbsup

the over riding feeling i've had so far, is that bikes with less power are more fun. If its a lower powered toy, you can skelp its arse, and get the satisfaction of the skelping. If its got more power, you just end up doing silly speeds.

hence a 675, rather than a 1050.

p.s my arms drag before i get on
