Thanks to Craig for sorting out a great tyre deal and even fitting them foc. To Brendon for the biscuits and the chat.

Craig I think you over charged me for the tyres as my invoice was for £53,015.27.

Had my car serviced recently and it's only the second time since I've owned the car. Have to say my experience has been great.

Are you not on the "win a free oil service" deal like Tut Junior was, tho?! Hand your race car in after FF and have them give her the "once over" etc? Shouldn't take long.

Many thanks to Craig and the guys at Murrays for the recent ECU reflash and for the 1st service on my elise 1.6 (now 7.5k miles) :thumbsup . Despite what most people say, that little engine just gets better. Very impressed with the pick up from low revs now and it's so smooth at the top end.

Great to hear you're enjoying it Cowan, and all is well after some initial mishaps...can't believe it's a year ago tho, a lot has happened since then! Cheers G

Hi Graeme, hope all is well with you. Can't believe it's been that long either. The difficulties we endured initially are all but forgotten now thanks to Lotus and Murrays.

Cheers,

Cowan

I've just picked my Exige up from Murray's where it was being serviced plus having some warranty issues resolved prior to the French Frolic.

I had heard that Murrays were now providing a really good standard of support but I can honestly say Craig and his team provided the best example of customer orientation I can remember experiencing. :thumbsup

All the problems ( including the ones I hadn't noticed ) were accurately diagnosed and 100% resolved.
This required a significant degree of planning and flexibility from Craig due to the extra issues picked up.
He negotiated with directly with Lotus for various warranty problems and also with outside companies for windscreen replacement and geo set-up. Everything was resolved and carried out at short notice in order to allow me to attend the Frolic. It really felt like Craig was looking looking out for me and pulling out all the stops to get things done.

I was constantly updated by phone and email on the options available and the progress to date. The car was valeted and ready for pick-up on time - and I was pleasantly surprised with the bill. :D

To cap it all Craig even identified and advised me on a problem with my Skoda Yeti when I dropped off a part with him! :D

Thanks and Top Marks to you and the team Craig !!! :thumbsup :thumbsup
