Not used the DVD drive in a fe years, have a network cable plugged in and simply upload the games movies music etc.

I play PGR2 online using Kai as my box is chipped, hold on I have a idea ...

Chipped and with a larger HD they are perfect entertainment systems. I have mine wired up to the server / tinternet.

Highlights

Dowloaded movies played on the TV rather than on puter
Connects to my itunes on my PC and plays the playlists I have stored on there.
Lets you browse the movie trailers on apple.com/trailers and pay them
Let you create music video playlists and then streams them off tinternet
I backup all my photo collection to the HD in the box and it will also do slideshows etc.
Ability with right cable to play some gasmes in HD
Very professional GUI interface

Nope - not on XBox live. No time to waste money joining - when on the rare occasions I do race on-line, I do so with far better games on the PC where the on-line racing is also free!
