Did all the stuff we planned - South Beach is indeed an amazing place

Went to Serendipity 3 on the last night, saw lots of folk sharing the huge desserts but the mains were so big we couldn't manage pud!

The Betsy was hugely indulgent - the rooftop cabanas and views over the beach are stunning, and there's no shortage of wealth in the area judging by the cars running around and wee dogs wearing gucci and Louis Vuitton collars and leads, sometimes being walked by very close males

Just across the road was an apartment block, 4 bed penthouse for sale at $25,000,000 which was mental, the 2 beds were a snip at only $6m


Oh, and Karen, I can't recommend the Oasis enough

Its sheer size and grandeur is hard to describe, with some amazing features like the flowriders, zipwire, floating bar (goes up and down 3 levels), etc, etc

The 2700ft/500ft drop zipwire at Labadee Beach (Haiti) was fun, Dunn's river falls in Jamaica was a fantastic experience, and Cozumel was perhaps a little disappointing (kinda wished I'd done what my brother did and hire a "convertible" Corsa and tour the island)

Fabulous and indugent (only put on half a stone ) time had by all

Glad you had a great time. Heading back to Miami again in March 2013 but not sailing on Oasis! One of these days.......
