I did the EK half marathon a couple of years ago. I know what you mean about the last couple of miles and the pain that you will now be in. :lol:

:lol: hurting big time. just checked the results and i came 18645th out of 36000 ish. not bad for 3 weeks training. cheers again :D

had thought id never do another half but id love to do it in under 2 hours..... maybe in a couple of years..... :D
