i'm quietly confident she'll love the evora. she thought the cayman was brilliant and just could not understand why i went back to lotus but i love driving and the cayman never felt like driving it was more like being driven - i was never really in control or fully part of the input. the exige is awesome but just too hardcore for her. i can forgive the engine noise along hte motorway and the rough suspension and water getting into the cockpit for the days when i can kick it's ass and arrive at my destination early and giggling!

can't wait for hte new car though, i've read everythign i can about it and watched the topgear 2009 test drive of it which basically sealed the deal. i'm sure she'll love it and if she doesnt then fcuk'er its mine anyway!

Ye my Mrs hated my Exige, pretty much refused to get in it.... she doesn't mind the Evora although says it's too flash and everyone will think I'm a #!£&, probably true but f them :-)

My Mrs loves the Evora, can't keep her out it.
Won't let me but a Porsche for the very reasons above though.
Still, I'll have a GT3 at some point hopefully :-)

Cracking car, was looking at it in Murray's showroom. As for the Alpine, I just played with it for a few days and I seemed to get the hang of it no problem. A small price to pay for a fantastic car.

I had the opposite problem from you, my wife liked it and wasn't too happy when I swapped it for my current V6 Exige.

Drive it and enjoy !!

Cheers
