I would go for Hook of Holland.

I do also know that it was cheaper to book a return ticket than it was one way.
I last paid £55 return.

Assume that didn't include a cabin? I just did a quote for April on same route and was around 180euro. Perhaps more in advance would bring it down a little...

Sorry, think that may have caused some confusion. It was the chunnel i was talking about being cheaper in a return ticket.

So, in other words book everybody on a return trip on the chunnel and then people can decide if they are going to return using it or take alternative routes back and save everybody money :thumbsup

Spazz - trip details 2014

Looking on their website it is £53 for the trip each way if you book a return, so that's £106 per car versus £73, so no saving if you're not using the return journey.
I've emailed Eurotunnel to ask for a revised quote, 22 cars going out and only two making the return journey on the 25th.
Will post up when I get a response.

Cheers

Just had a look myself and if you book the return late on the same day or early the next day you can get it for £53 return. Maybe better just making individual bookings doing that?

Cheers Stu, I see that now £53 return on the same day.
I'll see what I can do but I suspect it'll be simpler booking our own trips as Neil says.

Just spoken to Eurotunnel.
£73 per car one way is the best they're willing to offer for a group booking.
If you book a same day return you'll get it for £53 return so that's a saving of £20, so it'll be best if we all just sort out our own bookings.
I'm going to book the following:
Out - 22nd June 14.36
Back - 25th June 14.20
Cost = £106

Cheers
Kenny
