Recommend me a mortgage advisor

Post by vet111s » Mon Aug 25, 2014 4:51 pm

Looking for an (ideally independent) mortgage advisor.
Possibly looking to buy a bit of a fixer-upper but needing a bit of advice regarding settling my current deal early with assistance from family to allow us to bid with an early completion date on a house being sold from a deceased estate. We're based in Lenzie so Glasgow would be easiest and phone work even easier.
Cheers

Ali

Ps. Thanks to graham Craik (Titanium S1 111S (gla) I think) and his colleagues for the conveyancing help so far.

Worth looking at suspending your current deal and carrying it over to the new place when you need it, it may save some early payment / new deal fees. I just use the comparison sites these days to pick a deal, the mail on Sunday also does a top 5 deals of the market if you just want to see what is out there.
