Thanks Steve. Did I say sponge? I really meant wash mit...I agree, those are the way forward.
Nice to have a car worth washing again.
Filthy once more though, after a thorough spanking to Carnoustie and back today

Less washing, more driving.
Keep a cloth in the boot incase you have to clean the lights, mirrors and rear plate!

Very nice, Campbell
I have a soft spot for Persian Blue, it being the colour of the Elise S we had. Especially stunning in strong sunshine. If I was buying again, I'd choose the same colour if I could.
Enjoy!

Well good to see you finally bought a car I sold....even if I only it in 2010 and not to you
You'll love it, simple as. I drove one for the first time in 5 months last week....and the steering feels just as great today as it did in my first hurl in a press car up the A82 in 2009.
Well done sir, I doff my cap

Was trying to do a deal with Stu for his in the cafe at Dony yesterday - they are great - even better in the wet on track - shows you just how tremdenously well balanced it is - I was sliding Father G's from the second bend - sublime!

I had a shot of an Evora on Sunday. Loved it. Its not the quickest thing i've ever pedalled but the steering feel is fantastic, the damping is superb, and it make a superb GT car. It also didnt break after a 1 hour drive, so it must be pretty robust

Have you been anywhere mine Neil, Mrs F says the alarm's gone bananas after Murray HomeCare kindly switched the battery for a functional one
All quiet now, though I'm told.
But we're real popular with the neighbours like.

Graeme,
My only regret is that you weren't able to sell me it. Brandon & Craig did a fine job, of course.
But you sowed the seeds with the early car you brought to show off at Knockhill all those years ago.
Your good health.

I also had my first drive in an Evora on Sunday, however mine was around Dony
Was very impressed indeed, brakes where excellent as was the high speed stability, only maybe lacking in some of the tighter corners. But overall what a great package, and that's before you need to drive the 300 miles home!!!

(that's why I think Mike will do fine, that and his lack of imagination).
