:P I actually looked at AD08s but disappointingly you can't get the fronts. So before Andy could recommend ZZRs again, I thought I'd give them a try. Ordered from Avon this morning! :thumbsup

It appears that I too have been booked on. Guest Driver stylee. In an Endurance Team role, as I see it :-)

It's a while since I drove Knockhill. Anyone got a circuit guide? Ah, hang on. Right. Left. Right. Right a bit more. Wee chicane. Right. Hard right. Foot down. Try not to brake before the bridge. Got it!

Quite excited actually.

David,

Campbell is co-driving on my S1 - I am not sure I could be bothered to drive 4 hours at KH so roped Campbell in to share the drive - it's a shake down before the summer to see what else will break :-)

For a nanosecond I considered a wheeze to get a couple of laps out of the Evora. But all I could visualise was Lisa's expression when I mentioned it. The idea was quickly shelved.

Its simple, put the car in for a niggle and ask for a courtesy Evora and pop up to Knockhill :thumbsup

Wondering if anyone has been round the track in an Evora?

I have just had the same issue, ordered AD07s from eliseparts... in 175s

Frolic duty for Evora was approved by Mission Control quite early on :-)

As was the Walshy Day en route.

So in reality, a KH familiarisation session is both pushing my luck and superfluous to requirements.

Just looking forward to a shottie of Robin's latest transit :-)

That's not to say I wouldn't be taking the Evora if I had one lol

The Elise is the elder statesman of the family. To be treated with TLC and respect. And ragged only occasionally, to show it still has what it takes ;-)

I don't feel the same urges for track days that I used to. Old age? However it's a privilege to have a car that can take one on at relatively little outlay or notice.

OTOH, the Elise is not particularly set up for the track (bit too much roll, according to Stig's Edinburgh cousin, Robin). And it's Lisa's weekend car of choice - which is lovely - so a filling-busting track setup is not going to go down well on road. Its road setup is, in fact, very good.

To answer your original question, therefore - "I've no idea but it's a fab lineup to have".

My other car's a Skoda btw. Did I mention that...
