I really can't believe you moved into someone else's home. Why didn't you just rent a cottage for a couple of weeks then bill it back for the f**k up. Would have been a free holiday :lol:

Hodge finally approved the Mortgage Loan yesterday so the possibility is that the contracts could be exchanged tomorrow, but more likely on Monday.

Owner has still not decided whether he will drive to Spain with the dog and cat on Monday, or put them in kennels here for two weeks and fly across, then fly back and drive down. At least he has decided which Philippino bride he is choosing, the 51 year old as opposed to the 27, though he is not going to tell her that she has dropped off the short list.
