Question is............Did Tut eat the pheasant afterwards?

Gents,

During our lunch on Sunday we were talking about an SE road run where an animal ended up in the passenger seat of a car after being hit by the front of the car, which made it flip over the windscreen before coming to rest as a surprised passenger onetime. Was it a pheasant or sheep and is this story true or just a rumour?

I'm pretty sure this was DDtB's belle de jour, it's how he used to pick up all the girls.

Simon's right. Everyone slowed down for a flock of sheep, passed through slowly and quietly. Until Stu passed through slowly, but not so quietly. As he noisily accelerated away, a lone sheep was startled (either by the exhaust or the sight of dodgy Dave, we can't be sure) and ran in front of Dave. The dodgy one hit the brakes, the nose dived, the sheep had its legs knocked out from underneath it and began its merry journey up the bonnet and the windscreen. Dave swears he was watch deep, touching wool before it pendulumed back down the front of the car on to the road. At which point it stood up and trotted off.

It's also true that DDtB subsequently would wear a tee shirt bearing the slogan, "baa means no"
