Would really love to tag along with the Caterham guys on Friday to meet and greet and say thanks for all their help in securing the car for me. Unfortunatly Friday is worse than Thursday for me as it's back to engineering college for me on Friday and I'm starting Advanced Calculs - what chance have I got when I can't even spell it right!

Big thanks to Lawrence for employing me for the day, great show with lots to see and do. The old man enjoyed himself too, especially me pushing around after the live show trying to get back to the entrance. We just happened to be following a pair of highly talented young ladys wearing spray on clothes....

Hope you got home Tom!

yep got home fine. good to see you, and had a good chat with lawrence. had a good day and saw some excellent machines. will post some photos later...

flight down was bumpy as hell. coming into birmingham, almost about to touch down, plane rocking quite violently side to side and jumping up and down. back on full throttle, aborted landing   . that happened twice, and then we diverted to east midlands. had rough flights before but never like that. 2 failed landings, another first for me. was feeling a little queasy, people throwing up behind me. shaky legs to say the least on landing

great day though. well worth the trip :D :D .

edit: spelling

Reminds me of when i was last at the autosport show. I had been there for about 4 hours, wondering around with one of my pals, when I bumped into another couple of friends. I said, "have you seen the Burd on that stand, and the one on that stand, and the two over there...." My friends said "Yup, and there is a nice caterham over there too", to which I replied; "there's cars here too???!!!!... this just gets better & better"
