New build ross. Dont sell it, guarantee in 3 months time once you are moved in you will wonder what you were worried about.

As for cheaper than Ikea, I think there is a pretty big charity shop furniture place on Gorgie Road :lol:

I`ll pm you some info.

I really liked it in there, but the flat was already under offer when we looked at it, at least its safe parking etc for your car in there.

I know how stessfull it can be I currently I have a dust filled box needs rewired, re-plumbed :(
