Hope everyone had a good one, here's to many miles of safe and happy motoring for 2006 :thumbsup

I got a great bit of news over the festive break - a £210 fine and 6 penalty points for my 89 in a 60 after th'on run. Merry Christmas to you too Mssrs Grampian Police and Aberdeenshire Council!! :x

i'm currently waiting for my fine and points from getting caught doing 95 on the motorway just before christmas...

boooo hisssss, w4nkers!

does anyone know how badly screwed i'm going to get for this?

Happy new year!!

For 95 that should be 3 points and £60 assuming road clear and weather etc.
You would be unlucky to get any more than that!! Hope it comes back ok!

well i had visions of 9 points, court appearances etc. so that's good!

i've just renewed my insurance today too so if i get points my renewal won't go up.

you still have to tell insurance, and they may increase your premium. if you dont and you have a claim, they have good grounds to refuse to pay.


i wouldnt take the chance

Was stopped April last year on M90 i was done for doing 82 mph with 3points
wont tell actual speed but lets just say i was learning the capabilitys of the car .seemed the right replie for one of our speedy boys in blue, not long ago in the paper. :knob as i once replyed we cant all run around in state owned cars.owch!!!!!!!!!!!!! :finger
