Hi tut thanks for your comments to which I agree.

We weren’t actually expecting to be able to run 2 realistically we know one might be a bit of a long shot this time of year never mind 2 hence the poll it was hoped enough people would express enough of an opinion for specific date that we could go with one date and move forward, in part I also hoped that someone might post this on other similar forums such as exiges.com, vxforum, evo, sidc etc etc as I don’t have access to these without having to set up more accounts, so I put email addresses at the bottom in case some wanted to contact me if interested.

The choice of dates was fairly simple as these are the only weekend dates available to us, and we just don’t see a mid week working as no-one could probably get the time off work.


If we did get 2 that would be brilliant but we don’t expect it to work. The reason for the 2 dates is because we know we are close to xmas , money will be tight and neither might work, but if you don’t ask you don’t get, so it is worth a quick shot to see what happens.

If we don’t get enough we will simply have to scrap it altogether as we don’t see enough people paying later on in the year to make the financial number work.

If you can think of anything that we could do please let me know I appreciate you have organised tuttowers and a few other things so any comments are always appreciated.
