Maybe he just liked to see me get my hands dirty - or knew that my weekend time was at a premium? :lol:

Been following these excellent instructions, got my new bearing fitted to the hub now.

Having trouble finding Duralac, went into partco and got the "what's this idiot on about" look. Then tried Reids (motor factor), autosave, then halfords. Any suggestions for a local stockist (Aberdeenshire) or am I better sourcing on-line?

you will get duralac in a chandelry there should be one in aberdeen as it has a port.

Or Eliseparts/Eliseshop can send it to you mail order I believe. I have a couple of tubes of it here in Edinburgh, but not much use to you in Aberdeen!
