Delivery due at Maybury, Edinburgh tomorrow.

Went to Maybury today and had to get the poor stuff - really hurts mpg in my car for some reason :(

:cheers
is it an S2? I've pretty much only used bog standard fuel in mine and i don't get anything above 30 the mpg however i drive... from a tight fisted point of view - do you make your money back by using premium fuel?

Didn't get a chance to post last night, but there is no V-Power in Dundee either, checked 2 stations. Obviously would have found a way to post if there was!

As Mike says - it is - but with three 0's after

I think it averages out cost wise - I get around 30mpg with 98/99 RON and around 26mpg with standard. The performance difference isn't huge but you can notice it in 2 areas - when in low revs cruising there seems to be less power, and in vtec it loses a bit of urgency. More of a feeling than a scientific thing!

:cheers

Looks like I sold my Evo just in time :D

I had £40 worth in the tank as well - could have siphoned it off and got even more money in my pocket

Kidding right? I thought that stuff was abut 28ron rather than 99 and cut with stuff out of the drip catchers from the pub next door. Probably cost more than the v-power stuff as well!

There is/was plenty of Tesco 99 at the big tesco and at riverside tho. Had to put crap in the scoob the other day and it didn't half dislike it. Managed to get tesco 99 and its running sweet as a nut now. Even felt slightly faster up the powrie brae. :D
