Enjoyed the cartoon where there were about 5 kids on a space ship, one of them would just chirp/cheep and they all had wings. However I cannot remember the name of it!!!!
When I was a little bit older Dempsey & Makepeace was a firm favourite

I have a similar shameful story to tell – on his way home from the studio, we once jumped Paladin and gave him a good lampingBiggestNizzy wrote:To my shame we used to harass Glen Michael at lunchtimes (school), He lives/lived in Galston and whenever we saw him we would follow him whistling the tune.BigD wrote:Cartoon cavalcade was always good

Earliest favourite I can remember was Fingerbobs
Later favourites were Mr Benn, Speedy Gonzalez, Swap Shop, Hong Kong Phooey.
But those fond memories of Fingermouse will always be corrupted now, as a photo of naked men holding balloons is immediately above!

Many of mine already mentioned, but this one came strangely to mind today...

I would think Robin might have enjoyed that series
If I think of shows where I longed for the week to pass, then they were...
Dr Who
Dukes of Hazzard
Famous Five (not on for long sadly)
...and when I was a bit older...
The Young Ones
The Comic Strip
...but they were more teen than kids so we are straying off topic now (no way!)
Great thread topic, Noops.
PS Already got our kids into Tom and Jerry, just starting the assimilation with Road Runner, and Dukes of Hazzard almost certainly next
