I'm keen for this as well

(I wouldn't store whisky on it's side. Some corks can be a bit iffy. Store upright, and invert once a month (ish) to keep the cork moist.. IMHO)

afraid so. In general I'm in favour of the ban.. but not when it deprives me of my whisky cigar

Agree too but a whiskey and cigar society will feel the pinch.
