Went to see the property and it had some appeal with the high ceiling etc. A little bit of quirky with the avant garde panelling, little bit of funk with the upper conservatory made into a shower room.

However the major area for us was the road noise due to it being on the main artery to Bo'ness. They have double glazed the sash windows but kept the period stain glass upper sections.which means their is a lot of road noise to the front.

We would also have to build a garage which due to the size of the plot is not an issue but location without disturbing views with neighbours rejecting may prolong the process.

Couple more to go this weekend so all is not lost.
