Great day, car only played up a bit but was ok after the first quick run.
Had a good number of runs. Loads of pax's out with me, i think I only had one run on my own. Great fun taking people out and scaring them witless.
Managed a better line into Duffus. Able to have the foot down hard all the way down to the brake zone without lifting. Never managed that before Walshy showed me how to steer properly.
The hairpin was better as well, I was putting too much lock on before, not natural to wind lock off and still expect to get round the corner.. quicker though.
I think the mix in cars and abilities worked fine. The quick cars were not a problem, they were very quick in a straight line but not much quicker if at all through the twisties. If anything, because they were so quick in a straight line, we didnt have to lift at all to let them past, just move off line a bit.
Great day, great to meet everyone again and a few new faces. Wont remember everyones name, never do.

Yes, he said we got some good fotage. He also said it was a pain to get it ripped from disk to the web so it might be a while before he gets it done.kenny wrote:John was it Sanjoy's camera kit you had strapped to your car? If so, Sanj, lookin forward to the footage

another good day and Se turn out
Once my gear selection issue was sorted things went far better.
N3 tut managed another full track morning too
Had Tom as my pax for a concerted 30+ minutes of thrashing making up for lost time - thought I'd show him how to avoid parking on the hairpin and red flagging the session
(just teasing Thomas!)
G's 7 was flying up the straights - would have liked to have been chasing it just one up
Just back from Dundee with some the chaps. Good fun as usual, and hope you boys end the night in style and without any STD's

No worries on timescale just looking forward to it, hope it looks good on film.
Excellent day had a couple of close laps with AndyG and Tut to name but 2. Tut you seemed to be struggling with the back end a tad which was a shame.
Jamie (Digital), my car isn't a really big power car.
Gareth, your 7 was pulling away on the straights.
A brilliant morning at Knockhill. Very special thanks to Mac (when I finally managed to get myself in the harness - sorry Mac
), Tut, John x2 and Andy for some trully amazing pax laps. All very fast with lots of action thrown in.
Great to meet everyone else old and new.

Yeh, you could see it very unsettled under acceleration but also under braking too.tut wrote:Donald
I had soft AO48R's on the front, but 6 year old very hard, used Bridgestone SO2's on the rear. Tried to get some decent tyres from Ronnie, but he had no 16" ones.
Hence not a lot of grip at the rear end, and lots of correction.
