Im going to leave it black just now, it all looks quite good with the carbon side ducts, splitterand wheels in black.

having just fitted a pikey ( £23 ) car splitter thats on rtv gasket sealent and plastic ( n , plate /bolts )i am not to sure if steel bolts and penny washers may be better ? so the splitter takes the damage ?? being plastic

Either will be alright, it looks quite flimsy in the picture so I think it will crack/bend before the clam does

The splitter looks to have three slots cut in of just below the front grill. That's about 50% of the possible downforce lost already. If they can be covered over to give full width solid that would be better.
Well it moves... might as well make the most of it....
