TSE - The new batch

Post by mac » Mon Mar 30, 2009 1:57 pm

I thought this desevered a thread of it's own rather than being appended to the back of the existing TSE thread.

Long term friend to Scottish Elises, Cameron Leask has very kindly & generously offered to upgrade and support the Team Scottish Elises website for another year. To make this a worthwhile exercise for Cameron it really needs to be a living site with info, updates, trackside reports, photos and driver write ups.

This year we probably have the most folk from SE taking part in different forms of motorsport, from the occasional Autotest to Scotty C's european adventure.

I've committed to doing as much as I can to keep the site updated but I need assistance from you.

So, if you know about an autotest - drop me a line with the date, time & location of the event. If you've taken part in the autotest or have taken pictures - send them to me, I'll post an e-mail address as soon as I get a suitable one.

Same goes for for anyone taking part or spectating at any event where an SE is taking part. For obvious reasons I can update the event calendar for those doing sprints & hillclimbs.

I'll arrange for a batch of TSE logo's and url's to be printed off for folk who wish them - I'll also be sporting the escrivo logo on the back of my 7 (escrivo being Cameron's company) - if anyone else would like to show their appreciation please let me know.

What I do need from the drivers is :-

Name (and forum name if different)
Car
nature of competition & series if applicable
Some blurb about themselves & their car and their reasons taking part
If they are willing to do a piece about their race.

Edit : Could anyone taking part in regular motorsport please PM me with a contact e-mail address. I need your input on the format of the website

TIA
