Fiesta ST - 2006(56) 31Kmiles - £7500 ovno (inc priv plate)

Decided to sell the Fiesta after 2yrs of trouble-free ownership. It's the daily car, and has fulfilled those duties well whilst I had an Elise. The boys are getting a bit bigger now.. so may be looking for something like a Saab 93 Estate, or along that kind of thinking.

On top of the decent standard spec that the Fiesta ST comes with, this car also has the extra cost Full Leather (standard is half leather) & heated front seats (think it's about an extra £1K). Also has the official Ford extra cost side & top stripes (£300). I bought the car from Ford, but it had been registered to the Ford Demonstrator Centre prior to that (had covered about 3000 miles).

Standard items such as air-con, 6-disk in-dash CD player & quick-clear heated fron windscreen are all present & working correctly.

Car will be sold with the Private Regy plate 'W21FEE'... so, if your name is Fiona... or, if you want to get a car for your WIFEE.. spot on... or, you could just sell the plate.. Reg Transfers have it valued for £850 (but I think they may be a bit optimistic... £500 maybe).

Modifications, only minor.
As standard, the 2.0 Duratec engine in the Fiesta ST gives approx 150bhp (commonly referred to as ST150) which is plenty enough for fun in a car this size. My car has been fitted with a K&N 57i Induction kit plus a Mongoose Flexi Exhaust section. The standard Ford flexi section is a pretty narrow affair & strangles the engine for power at anything over 4k/rpm. By fitting either a Mongoose or Miltek Flexi section, it has been demonstrated on Ford forums to increase power to approx 160bhp, release more torques... and it pulls/revs much better above 4k/rpm to red line.
So, this car should be about 160bhp.
I still have the original Flexi & Air-filter/box for the next owner.

I recently replaced the front brake pads (500miles ago). I used EBC Ultimax. I also bought a set of rear pads at the same time, but did not fit them as the rear pads still had about half the life left in them. I'll chuck the new pads in the boot for the new owner though :)

I've just had a new pair of rear tyres fitted (Khumo KU31's). The fronts have plenty left (they were replaced at about 22K from memory)

Car won't be 3yrs old until September, so no MOT required until then. Tax is due at end of May, but I will put 6mths tax on it when a sale is confirmed.
Full Ford Service History.

Condition: I'd say it was pretty good for year & mileage. A few little scratches/stone chips... but no dents/dings. A little curbing to alloys but nothing major. It hasn't been a car to get waxed/clayed, but I've looked after it.

This is a decent daily car & it's plenty fun. I wouldn't class it as a straight line pocket rocket like a Cooper S or Clio 182/197... but it's not all that far off & is able to raise a smile on the country roads.

Looking for £7500 or pretty near... otherwise I'll probably just keep it. It's priced in the region of other ST's, and considering it has a couple of extra cost options, I think it's realistic enough. No major spending required on putting anything right that I am aware of.

Some pictures, but these are from a year or so ago (I don't have any newer ones on my PC, but these give you an idea anyway).

Any questions... PM me... or email ... gorrieman at hotmail dot com
Thanks for looking, Andy.
