Poor Radio Signal

Post by Wilko » Wed Jun 15, 2011 9:19 am

I'm not sure if this is a common problem but apart from the BBC channels, my radio in my S2 struggles to pick up any radio stations. Has anyone come across this before and able to offer a solution? :?
Cheers

We had an early S2 in recently with a similar issue.... it would appear in our case that it was the lead from the areal to the headunit that was at fault.. after changing the plug on the lead etc with no great improvement, we agreed the best course of action would be to fit a new amplified aerial within the dashboard.. bit of a faf but seemed to do the trick :thumbsup

I remember fitting a plate below the aerial on my old S2 111S...it helped.

Maybe more info...
