Is it possible to repair a crack in plastic? And if it is, is it easy?
Thanks

What kind of plastic?
If it's ABS then there's plenty of places that can weld it for you, quite common in the bike trade.
I'm not sure about other types of plastic.

Re: plastic repairs
Whatever plastic is used to make the S2 k series engine cover mate, is that ABS?

Happy to be corrected but I'd have assumed its grp. From memory there are some grp kits out there with fibre mesh and liquid glue/plastic.

I don't know what that's made of but I'm sure someone on here will let you know. ABS items are usually marked as such.
As Vet111s says, GRP repair kits are easy to get hold of.

I don't think it'll be GRP if its what's effectively the spark plug/rocker cover you're talking about? The actual bootlid/engine cover is of course GRP.

This is the part he's talking about and I think he would like to keep it as it's pretty, also does a cracking job of keeping the plugs dry ...
