They're mild steel. Rust happens. Would not even be remotely concerned by that.
I've had discs rust like that in a week before and your fronts are much worse. Why do you think it's an issue?

Cheap disks, shudda got a set of pagids from euro car parts, just did the rears on my A6 for about 50 quid parts (disks and pads), less than 60 mins work to change them, they are aluminised (like the oem parts) so the non swept areas don't rust and look crap through your alloys . . .
