Beam deflectors fitted to headlamp covers

Post by smee » Fri Aug 01, 2014 8:16 pm

Had anyone fitted beam deflectors to their else for travelling abroad when the have the perspex covers fitted? Don't expect to find inductions for an Elise in the pack and don't want to damage the covers. Any advice welcome please.

Ignore it, never bothered for years and they do not take any notice.

In all the euro trips I've done I've never bothered. Not sure the wee sticky circles actually make any difference anyway.

Also ignored when I took the Evora abroad. Did not even bother with the GB sticker as did not want it spoiling the paintwork and even in the window it removed the majority of the rear visibility.

Might just bring them but not fit them, just in case, I know zee Swiss can be quite strict with automotive issues. I reckon I can blag explaining why not required in French but may struggle in German, Spanish, Italian, Swedish and Danish ;-)

I do have Euro plates - with GB emblem, not SCO. One less thing to think about.
